Cable x-overs 50lbs 3 x 12/10/8
DB rear delts 12.5 x 12, 15 lbs x 10 , 15lbs x 8

DB bicep curls, 22.5 x 12, x 12
Skull crushers 40lbs x 12, 40 x 12

Hammer curls 20 lbs x 10, 20lbs x 8
Tricep pushdown with rope 35lbs x 12, x 12

Leg raises 3 x 12
